To help keep you motivated and informed OSSPEAC has created liaisons that organize events in your area.

Liaisons do the following:

• Serve as the SST region's contact to the OSSPEAC board.
• Contribute newsletter articles pertinent to local happenings.
• Write biography introducing self for newsletter.
• Help organize or host one regional activity to promote OSSPEAC and to provide support in the educational settings.
• Promote OSSPEAC membership.
• Submit nominations for the honors committee.
• Attend annual fall conference liaison meeting.
• Volunteer as a host at the annual conference at the annual conference and/or volunteer time at the OSSPEAC booth.

A few other things you already do as a SLP:

• Be a bridge builder, an educator, a collaborator, an organizer, and a proactive leader!
• Impact your local area, address vital issues, reach out to your community and build relationships!
