Goal One: Advocacy

• We will promote the professions of school-based speech language pathology and educational audiology.
• We will support efforts for lobbying in favor of issues related to speech, language and audiology.
• We will promote strengthening the relationship with the Ohio Department of Education and the Office for Exceptional Children.
   

Goal Two: Empowerment

• We will improve and increase networking and communication through optimal use of technology.
• We will increase members, volunteers and potential leaders state-wide, with emphasis on geographic disbursement.
   

Goal Three: Support

• We will maintain an annual state-wide conference and pilot regional CE opportunities.
• We will increase opportunities for SLP/Aud graduate students to be involved in OSSPEAC.
• We will improve utilization of our liaisons and mentors.
