Dear Exhibitor,
The Ohio School Speech Pathology Educational Audiology Coalition (OSSPEAC) is pleased to request your participation in this year’s fall conference. We are proud and excited to be celebrating 16 years of educational and professional excellence.
We are also very excited about our new venue. Our Conference will be held October 24-26, 2010 at the Polaris Hilton in Columbus, Ohio, featuring a first floor coference center, expanded Exhibitor area, and ample , free parking. Approximately 700 school based speech/language pathologist and audiologists from across Ohio will be attending.
Exhibitor Conference Highlights:
- All exhibitors will be able to display from 7:00-9:00 pm on Sunday evening, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, and 8:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
- Exhibitor door prize drawings will be held on Monday evening during the Exhibitor event. All conference participants will receive a door prize ticket. If you would like to donate an item for this event, please indicate on the registration form.

The exhibitor fee is $350 per 6 foot table if you register before July 15, 2010. The fee will increase to $400 per table after this date. If you need to bring floor display racks you may do so, however, you will be charged $45 per foot. Due to the number of exhibitors expected and OSSPEAC's goal to providing the best location possible for each vendor, extra tables brought by exhibitors will not be permitted.
